One person was killed in Texas this morning when a car drove under a semi truck’s load of steel beams.
The fatal crash occurred at FM-2978 in Tomball, Texas, during the Thursday morning rush hour.
ABC13 reports that it is believed that a car drove underneath a semi truck’s oversized load consisting of steel beams. Images captured at the scene show the roof of the car sheered off.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says that one person was pronounced dead and three others were hospitalized in fair condition.
Gonzalez reported that all northbound lanes of FM-2978 have been shut down.
