One dead after incident involving semi truck and forklift at Pennsylvania packaging plant

An accident at a Pennsylvania packaging plant left one dead after incident involving semi truck and forklift. 

The accident happened on Thursday, November 30th at CP Flexible Packaging, located on Grumbacher Road in York, Pennsylvania just after 11 a.m. 

According to WGAL News, a 30-year-old employee was found unresponsive with injuries after an incident involving a parked tractor trailer and a fork lift. 

The employee was then transported to a hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. The person’s identity has not been released. 

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident. An autopsy of the victim is scheduled for Friday morning. No further information has been released.
