One of the nation’s leading fuel card providers has launched a new website designed to streamline the customer experience, promote sustainability, and better serve the men and women of the trucking community.
As a company that has continued to evolve to meet the challenges of the trucking industry, the team at Overland Park, Kansas-headquartered Multi Service Fuel Card is no stranger to change. They’re an industry disruptor with more than 45 years on the front lines of the fight against fuel card fraud. They’ve grown in recent years and most recently were acquired by Shell USA. They’re also highlighting the importance of sustainable fueling in the trucking industry.
In July, Multi Service Fuel Card relaunched their website with an eye towards providing a frictionless user experience for both new and returning customers. They met with the CDLLife team to share more about how the new site is designed to help truckers and fleet owners save money and fuel smarter.
With the relaunched site, the Multi Service Fuel Team introduced a host of new features that will make it easier for new and returning customers to access the customer portal and fuel card products with the ultimate goal of helping truckers maximize savings on fuel.
Here are some key takeaways from our initial peek at the relaunched site:
The Multi Service Fuel Card team has invested time and energy over the years into becoming a helpful resource for the trucking community on issues pertaining to fueling. They’re particularly interested in guiding the conversation within the trucking industry on realistic and sustainable ways to improve fuel efficiency.
The new website features free articles, white papers, blog posts, and charts on topics like fuel efficiency, carbon reduction, and how to choose a fuel card that is right for your trucking business. Notably, the website features an infographic that breaks down the cost and benefits of different fuel types in an easily digestible, visual format. Even if you’re not a customer, you’re welcome to take a look at the library of innovative and actionable content.
During the development of the new website, the Multi Service Fuel Card team’s top priority was to provide the trucking community with useful tools and resources, no matter where they are in their fuel savings journey.
“Over the past several months, we’ve engaged with truck drivers, fleets and merchants to understand what is most important to them. With those insights, we’ve enhanced our website and customized our product to suit their needs. Additionally, we are also launching our new brand identity and brand campaign which further convey our commitment to the trucking industry and our customers. The team at Multi Service Fuel Card is excited to provide our customers with this new online experience, and we are not stopping here. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months about our mobile app refresh, which will provide new features and even more innovative ways to save for our customers, including a new user interface that will be easier and smoother to use,” said Todd Feldman, Director of Marketing.
The look and feel of the new website reflects the growth of the company over recent years — this is the first time that Multi Service Fuel Card has shared new branding incorporating parent company Shell. Slick new images and video make it clear that the focus is on the experience of the truck drivers, owner-operators, and fleet owners who use the site. The company’s new slogan “Never Roll Alone” is used alongside the classic motto “By Truckers, For Truckers.”
The final takeaway? The new website represents an investment in the Multi Service Fuel Card customer and advances the company as a thought leader in the fuel efficiency space.
Multi Service Fuel Card was founded by an over-the-road truck driver in 1978 and provides a variety of fuel card solutions, hassle-free credit options, and round-the-clock customer support.
