Smashed truckload of Jack Daniels leads to 10+ hour cleanup

Crews spent more than 10 hours cleaning up a load of Jack Daniels spilled in a semi truck wreck in North Carolina on Monday night. 

The accident happened on February 6th in Greensboro, North Carolina on Interstate 40 at around 11 p.m.

According to My Fox 8, the accident happened on I-40 north of Randleman Road and closed Exit 219 onto I-40 into Tuesday morning. 

The overturned truck spilled the load of Jack Daniels, and crews spent 10 hours hauling the truck away, and even more to clear the shattered glass and spilled liquor. 

Minor injuries were reported, but the cause of the accident has not been released. 

The wreck was estimated to be cleared by 9 a.m. on Tuesday, but travelers were asked to avoid the area during their morning commute.
