Train vs. car hauler collision caught on video in Texas

Drivers in Schertz, Texas, captured video of a stuck truck that was struck by a train on Tuesday.

The crash occurred around 8:45 a.m. on March 21 on Schertz Parkway at FM 78.

A car hauler loaded with passenger vehicles became stuck at the railroad crossing and was hit by a Union Pacific train.

The driver was able to get out of the cab before the train hit the truck.

No injuries were reported.

The video below shows the moment of impact captured by two different drivers.

A similar truck vs. train crash occurred in Schertz in September 2022 at FM 78 and First Street.
