Truck plows into trees after swerving to miss deer 

No one was hurt after a truck driver swerved to miss a deer in the road in Mississippi this week. 

The incident happened on January 9th in Sandersville, Mississippi. 

According to WDAM 7, the semi truck was traveling along Highway 11 when a deer entered the road. The truck driver then swerved to avoid hitting it and ended up crashing through a bridge guardrail and into the nearby treeline. 

The incident forced the temporary closure of S Front Street/ U.S. Hwy. 11 S on Monday evening as crews worked to remove the truck from the trees. 

No one was hurt in the incident.
