A truck driver was found dead inside of his bobtail semi truck in Illinois over the weekend.
The trucker was parked in a Lowe’s parking lot on North Dirksen at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday, January 28th in Springfield, Illinois.
According to ABC 20, preliminary findings from an autopsy show no evidence of injury or trauma. The driver’s cause of death is still pending toxicology reports and additional studies.
The trucker’s identity has not been released pending next of kin notification. Their death is still under investigation by the Sangamon County Coroner and the Springfield Police Department.
