VIDEO: Pickup driver in a hurry causes a multi-vehicle crash that sends semi into oncoming traffic

A trucker’s dash cam captured a major crash in New Mexico caused by a pickup driver attempting to pass on the left shoulder.

The dash cam clip was captured in Laguna, New Mexico.

In the video, you can see a black pickup attempting to get in front of the dash cammer in the left lane by passing on the shoulder. The pickup driver loses control and hits a second semi in the right lane. The force of the collision causes the dash cammer to lose control, sending them across the median and onto the wrong way on the shoulder of the road.

No injuries were reported.
