Police in Missouri shared wild video of a Thanksgiving evening pursuit involving a pickup truck driver hauling a house.
The police dash cam video was captured on November 23 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
Officers with the Excelsior Springs Missouri Police Department attempted to stop a pickup driver hauling a mobile home, but the driver refused to comply.
A southbound pursuit began along Highway 69.
Fox4KC reports that the pickup and its load struck several vehicles.
Attempts to use stop sticks were unsuccessful, but the pursuit eventually ended in an arrest.
The video is narrated by Sgt. Craven of the Excelsior Springs Police Department.
“So we chased this truck down the road, he was going about 30 mile an hour. He was hauling this big ‘ol’ house looks like he was gonna live in it. He was traveling all over the roadway, thought he might have been drunk. We came up on him. Chased him real fast down the road. One of my officers didn’t spike strip him fast enough. We chased him then off the roadway and he jacked up his truck and jacked up the trailer. And then we took him to jail, like Excelsior does, woo-wee,” Sgt. Craven said.
