The video was captured on the afternoon of Friday, August 11.

According to Fox 10, a water truck hauling a trailer was cut off by another vehicle while traveling west on US 60 onto I-10. This caused the truck driver to lose control, jackknife, and crash down an embankment.

TikTok user Dale captured video of a construction crew who happened to be close to the accident site. In the the video, you can see the construction workers racing over to provide aid for the occupants of the overturned truck. Workers even deploy construction equipment to try to help the truck driver and passenger out of the crashed vehicle.
