VIDEO: Train hauling new vehicles derails massively

Drone video reveals the aftermath of a massive train derailment in Arizona on Wednesday. 

The train was traveling through Williams, Arizona at around midnight when it derailed. It was hauling “a variety of new cars, vans and trucks.” 

“A total of 23 cars derailed and sustained heavy damage. The train cars involved were carrying a variety of new cars, vans and trucks,” Coconino County officials said. “There were no injuries or fatalities as a result of the incident. Cleanup is currently underway.” 

The train was traveling at about 50 mph when it derailed. It is not clear what caused the derailment. Watch the footage of the aftermath below.
