VIDEO: Unoccupied big rig plows into Pennsylvania grocery store

A bystander captured video of the moment that a runaway semi truck rolled backwards and struck a Giant Eagle store in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday.

The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on January 11 at the Giant Eagle located in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.

Local outlet WTAE reports that while a truck driver was out of the vehicle grabbing a fast food meal, the truck rolled backwards, hitting a car, then smashing into the storefront.

No injuries were reported.

The incident is under investigation.
