A former trucking company employee is facing charges related to hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent transactions, according to authorities in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Iowa resident Bradley Scott Brown, 43, is facing theft by unlawful taking charges and theft by deception charges, according to the Lincoln Police Department (LPD).
LPD began investigating Brown after M&D Trucking contacted police in September 2022 regarding irregularities in fuel card purchases and payroll.
LPD investigators identified $340,825.58 in suspected fraudulent transactions between 2019 and 2022.
Brown turned himself in to the Lancaster County Jail on Monday, March 6.
