11 injured after city bus collides with truck parked outside lumber yard

11 people were hurt after a Metro bus collided with a tractor trailer parked outside of a lumber yard in California on Wednesday morning. 

The incident happened on December 18th at the intersection of Klingerman Street and Rosemead Boulevard in South El Monte, California. 

According to Fox11LA, 11 total people were hurt, but only 7 had to be transported to a hospital for treatment. The bus driver was injured in the crash. The truck driver’s condition is not known. 

The northbound lanes were still shut down as of 7 a.m. PST.
