Big rig drives the wrong way on California freeway for miles after driver suffers reported heat stroke

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a wrong-way semi truck near Baker over the weekend.

Shortly before 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 911 callers reported a semi truck traveling at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction on the 15 Freeway near Halloran Springs Road.

Callers said the truck was “flying” south in the northbound lanes.
