The truck driver reportedly pulled from his truck cab in a haphazard manner after being found dead inside has been identified.
The Fargo Police Department has identified the truck driver as 49-year-old Robert Buskirk from Springfield, Ohio. A cause of death has not been determined but foul play is not suspected.
It is not yet clear what day Buskirk passed, but his commercial vehicle was parked at the Petro Travel Center at 4510 19th Ave. S in Fargo, South Dakota since June 12th, reported InForum.
In a video from a witness, it appeared that Buskirk had died several days before he was found. No further information has been released.
