A truck driver demonstrates how much other kinds of labor factors in to some driving jobs in this time-lapse video.
In the clip, a driver films himself unloading all kinds of stuff from his trailer, but in time lapse format so that no one gets bored.
When they say “at least you get to sit in an air conditioned truck all day,” reads the video caption.
“Got into an argument this past weekend over that. “Must be nice to just drive all day.” White… hot… fury…” commented one.
“Am I the only one in here that actually does just drive all day? And that is what I like about trucking? No one else? Everyone is delivering drinks/groceries?” added another.
