Driver swore he would “f-ing kill” woman with pipe during road rage

A truck driver is facing a collection of misdemeanor charges after threatening to “f-ing kill” a female motorist while wielding a pipe last month.

The incident occurred on May 8th on Interstate 80 in Mifflin Township, Pennsylvania, but the truck driver is still awaiting his preliminary hearing on July 23rd.

According to The Shenandoah Sentinel, 38-year-old truck driver Eric Berry confronted a 32-year-old female motorist from Zion Grove during a road rage incident. During the encounter, he allegedly grabbed a pipe from his cab and approached the woman, saying he would “f-ing kill her.”

The woman then stated she was calling the police, and Berry drove away. The woman was able to collect the company name and DOT number from the truck, which allowed officers to identify Berry.

Berry is now facing charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment.
