Getaway vehicle in truck stop shooting of trucker identified by East Nashville police as search for suspect continues. 

37-year-old David White was found unresponsive inside of his truck by a Love’s employee on January 8th at the truck stop on Lucas Lane in East Nashville, Tennessee. Since then, police have been searching for clues that would lead to the identification of the shooter. Now, the getaway vehicle in the crime has been identified. 

According to Fox 17, the suspect in White’s murder is now believed to have used a Dodge Ram 1500 Classic Quad Cab to flee the scene. The truck has black rims, chrome door handles, and a chrome RAM emblem on the tailgate. 

White was not discovered dead inside of his cab until his company contacted the truck stop and requested a welfare check after they were unable to get ahold of him.
