Man jumps onto moving semi truck stuck in slow traffic

Police called after man jumps onto moving semi truck stuck in slow traffic on an interstate in California. 

The incident occurred on Monday, February 19th at 1:08 p.m. on the southbound side of the 15 Freeway near Ranchero Road in Hesperia, California. 

According to Victor Valley News, a man driving a pickup pulling a fifth wheel trailer called police after a man jumped onto his trailer as he drove slowly in traffic congestion. The pickup driver told police that the man had tried climbing onto a semi truck first, but gave up and hopped onto the fifth wheel. 

The man eventually jumped off the fifth wheel as it moved towards the Oak Hill Road off-ramp, and then successfully climbed onto the back of a moving semi truck. The man eventually hopped off of the semi truck, but was quickly arrested by police who responded to the scene. 

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. No motive has been found, and the man’s identity has not been released.
