Owner of multiple Tennessee trucking companies indicted on charges of forgery, theft, computer crimes

Tennessee police are seeking information from the public as they continue an investigation into the owner of multiple trucking companies.

On June 17, 2024, Franklin Police out of Tennessee announced charges against Adam Brock, 38.

Police say that Brock was indicted on June 10 by a Williamson County Grand Jury on charges of forgery over $10,000, three counts of identity theft, computer offenses over $10,000, theft over $10,000, forgery over $60,000, computer offenses over $60,000, and theft over $60,000.

According to police, Brock was charged with the crimes while he was owner and operator of Reliable Transportation LLC.

Franklin Police say that Brock also operated Active Transport LLC, and that he was associated with several other Tennessee trucking companies, including Star Express LLC, Tennessee Logistics LLC, Pat’s Transportation LLC, Brock Transport LLC, and Broadway Limousine LLC.

“It is possible there are witnesses or co-workers (partners) involved in Brock’s previous businesses that may have knowledge of this case or other cases that may be related to this investigation,” Franklin Police said. “If you have information related to this investigation, you can contact Detective Matthew Thompson at Matthew.Thompson@franklintn.gov.”
