Police issue charges after inspecting trucking school’s commercial vehicle

Police in Ontario, Canada, found a slew of serious safety violations during a recent commercial vehicle inspection.

On December 15, 2025, Peel Regional Police (PRP) Road Safety Services detailed a recent encounter with a truck belonging to a trucking school:

A trucking school was brought in for inspection today, many issues were found:

  • Air tank bracket broken
  • Tires worn beyond limit
  • Front tires making contact with air lines
  • Numerous audible air leaks

PRP shared photos of the equipment violations discovered during the inspection.

PRP said that both the driver and the company were charged.

Additionally, police removed the plates from the truck and trailer
