Rig goes rolling down embankment and bumps into car

Semi truck rolls down embankment and onto a highway in North Carolina on Tuesday morning, causing a wreck with a car. 

The accident happened on the morning of January 2nd on Bragg Boulevard and Pamalee Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina. 

According to CBS 17, a tractor trailer was traveling down Bragg Boulevard when it went off the roadway just before an overpass. The rig then rolled down an embankment and came to a stop across all lanes of Pamalee Drive, causing a collision with a white sedan. 

The motorist and truck driver were both transported to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries is not clear, but were described as non-life threatening.

The semi truck took out a power line during the incident, knocking out power in the area. Officials are still investigating the wreck. The reason the semi truck went off the road has not been determined.
