An SUV narrowly avoided a serious wreck with a semi truck in this dash cam video taken by another motorist.
In the video, a four-wheeler is driving along a two lane highway adjacent to a construction zone when a SUV comes flying up behind him on the left, clearly in a hurry to pass the filming motorist.
As the SUV passes the filming motorist, a semi truck is exiting a dirt construction zone on the left side of the highway and has the front two wheels on the pavement when he SUV goes flying by, narrowly cutting in front of the filming four wheeler and the tractor trailer and squeezing to the front of the line of traffic.
“Guy almost drives into semi overtaking me,” the caption reads.
“I’m going to give the other driver a break on this,” one viewer comments. “When he started to pass, the truck wasn’t even on the road. Was already back over before the truck was on the road. Looks like he was speeding, but I don’t see a sign or know the road’s speed limit.”
