A storm chaser’s pursuit of a tornado was cut short when a big rig was blown over right in front of his vehicle.
The video was captured on Friday, April 26, in David City, Nebraska, by storm chaser Ben Ahrens.
In the video, you can see an oncoming semi truck suddenly toppling over into Ahrens’ lane, forcing him off the road.
“A semi ended my chase early today. I’m okay. What really matters is the devastating damage these storms have done and are continuing to do,” Ahrens said.
The condition of the truck driver is unknown.
