100-year-old, family-owned trucking company hires 35 drivers in first expansion of 2025

A century-old trucking company has completed its first expansion of 2025 in Pennsylvania.

A. Duie Pyle has announced the opening of a new facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania on 11 acres in a press release

The new location is at 475 Terminal Street and will expand the company’s LTL services with 85 doors. The service center at the location is currently undergoing renovations to better accommodate the 35 newly hired truck drivers, 18 dock workers, 5 fleet technicians, and six office staff.

“Opening a facility in Camp Hill strengthens our significant footprint in the Northeast, allowing us to maintain our commitment to delivering top-tier service and solutions,” said John Luciani, COO of LTL Solutions at Pyle. “With increased operational capacity in the region, we are well-positioned to meet evolving customer demands, drive local economic growth and create new opportunities for the community and the Pyle team.”

“We have been tight on capacity in our existing York Service Center and had plans to mitigate the congestion (which we are still moving forward with) but when the Camp Hill terminal became available, given the location and proximity to the interstate highway system, we opted to purchase.”
