Newly released dash cam video shows a damaging bridge strike involving an over-height load that occurred near Cle Elum, Washington, in October 2025.
The overpass strike occurred at the I-90 Bullfrog overpass in the Cle Elum area on October 21.
Canadian trucker Allan Bergsma, 64, had a permit for the oversized load, but reportedly failed to obey conditions of the permit requiring that he leave the interstate at Exit 80 and then reenter I-90 to avoid the Bullfrog overpass. He was later cited for permit violations.
The incident resulted in major damage to the overpass.
