Four trucks, 63 trailers, and more seized from $2.6M theft operation

The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after seizing $2.6 million worth of stolen tractor trailers and other vehicles from a single property. 

The investigation is still underway after the January 15th seizure in Chatsworth Township, Ontario, Canada. 

According to CTV News, officers received a search warrant for the property, where they discovered four tractor trucks, 63 commercial trailers, and 10 passenger vehicles, partially disassembled. 

Officers seized all of the property, which was stolen. It has been valued at approximately $2.6 million. 

A 41-year-old man, who has not been identified, is facing 51 counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, eight counts of altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number, and eight counts of fraudulent concealment.
