Love’s reopens Turner Turnpike store with 159 truck parking spaces

Love’s Travel Stops reopened a truck stop along the Turner Turnpike following a complete rebuild of the facility that includes “modernized, expanded facilities and new amenities.”

On November 13, Love’s announced the reopening of a store located along westbound I-44 on the Turner Turnpike in Stroud, Oklahoma.

Amenities at the Stroud store include:

• More than 17,800 square feet
• 159 truck parking spaces
• Godfather’s Pizza
• McDonald’s
• Seven diesel bays
• Ten showers
• CAT Scale
• Dog park
• Love’s Truck Care (Opening early 2026)
• Self-checkout options

“Love’s is a great partner, and OTA is excited to see a fuel stop and service station ready to serve motorists using the I-44/Turner Turnpike,” said Joe Echelle, Oklahoma Turnpike Authority executive director. “Having this stop at the midpoint between the state’s two largest metro areas is a significant convenience to motorists. We believe the enhancements Love’s is adding to this project such as the future truck care location will provide faster response to professional drivers, which improves safety for motorists.”

Love’s operates 666 locations in 42 states.
