A Connecticut man was charged on Monday after damaging a HAZMAT placard on a semi truck during a road rage incident earlier this summer.
The incident happened in South Windsor, Connecticut back in August. 66-year-old Kevin P Keleher was charged on Monday, September 15th.
According to News 8, Keleher was traveling along the 400 block of Sullivan Avenue when he cut off a tractor trailer. Keleher then exited his car and used his hands to damage the HAZMAT placard mounted on the front bumper of the semi truck.
After the incident was reported to police, a warrant was issued for Keleher. Keleher turned himself in to police on the active warrant on charges of third degree criminal mischief and second degree breach of peace.
Keleher has since been released on promises to appear in Manchester Superior Court on October 1st.
