Arkansas Highway Police (AHP) released results from a commercial vehicle inspection and enforcement effort that took place at an I-30 weigh station this week.
The AHP operation took place December 9 — 11, 2025, at the I-30 weigh station in Benton, Arkansas.
AHP focused on the following key areas during the weigh station detail:
- Driving logs and hours of service compliance
- CDL verification
- English language proficiency requirements
- ACT 604 documentation for out-of-country drivers
Police released the following results from the three-day operation:
- 107 commercial vehicle inspections
- 78 violations uncovered
- 30 Drivers placed out-of-service for CDL violations, Hours-of-Service violations, and numerous other Driver Qualification violations
“Our main focus during this 3-day enforcement was getting unsafe drivers off the highways of the State of Arkansas while ensuring that all motorists traveling through our state can get where they need to go safely. We look forward to continuing this initiative!” said AHP.
