Nearly 400 inspections conducted during five week targeted commercial vehicle operation in Albuquerque

New Mexico State Police (NMSP) released results from a multiple week commercial vehicle inspection and enforcement operation that took place in the Albuquerque area.

On December 1, 2025, NMSP troopers said that five weeks of targeted Commercial Vehicle Enforcement operations had been conducted in Albuquerque for the purpose of increasing highway safety and reducing crashes.

“NMSP Commercial Vehicle Enforcement personnel continue to conduct focused operations in the Albuquerque area to improve roadway safety, ensure commercial motor vehicle compliance, and reduce crash risk, in efforts to create safer New Mexico roadways,” troopers said.
