Nebraska state troopers took to social media this week to remind all drivers to drive for conditions.
The social media post was in response to a Wednesday morning, February 12th wreck on Interstate 80 in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol Troop A, the crash involving two semi trucks obliterated one truck cab and ripped open the trailer of another. No information on injuries has been released.
Wintery conditions throughout the region have officers reminding drivers to operate safely on treacherous roadways.
“Winter driving conditions are in full force so please don’t drive like it’s sunny and 75,” the state patrol,” the state patrol wrote in their post.
No further information on the accident has been released.
