Pennsylvania troopers investigating after 100K eggs stolen from trailer

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) are investigating the theft of a large shipment of organic eggs from a trailer.

PSP says that the theft occurred on February 1, 2025, at a business in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Troopers say that around 8:40 p.m., 100,000 organic eggs were taken from the rear of a distribution trailer at Pete & Gerry’s Organics.

The retail value of the stolen eggs is $40,000.

The investigation into the egg theft is active and ongoing.
