Ranking of top 20 ‘Best Fleets to Drive For’ in 2025 released

This week, CarriersEdge released its annual ranking of top workplaces for North American truck drivers.

On January 28, 2025, CarriersEdge released the 17th annual Best Fleets to Drive For rankings. The list recognizes carriers that provide the best workplace experiences for company drivers and independent contractors.

In order to be considered, carriers must be nominated by a driver currently working for the company. The nominated trucking companies are evaluated based on driver surveys as well as factors like driver compensation, benefits, and work/life balance.
