Sign spinner dead after tractor trailer lands on him in crash with propane truck

The accident happened on September 4th at 11:45 a.m.  at the intersection of Williamsburg Road and S. Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia.

According to ABC 8, the tractor trailer was hauling a large concrete slab when it collided with a straight truck hauling propane through the intersection.
