A Kenworth dealer in Sioux Falls donated a truck cab full of toys to hospitalized children for the holidays this year.
Sioux Falls Kenworth, South Dakota donated toys on December 18th in hopes of spreading some Christmas cheer to children at the Sanford Children’s hospital.
According to Dakota News Now, the dealership has donated toys to hospitalized children each year for the last six years.
“There are a lot of young people who are in difficult situations, health-wise, and this is just a way for us to help. Hopefully, cheer them up so they can have hours of fun. And so we do a toy drive. We participate with our customers, the drivers that come through our shop, and our employees. And we got a great team and just very similar to the Sanford Children’s Hospital team, which is a great team,” said Sioux Falls Kenworth Vice President Bill Rush.
The gifts are collected through a toy drive each year and delivered via Kenworth semi truck.
