Traffic had to turn around on a Pennsylvania highway after an oversize load was stuck blocking the road on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred just after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12th on Interstate 83 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
According to ABC 27, a truck driver hauling an oversize load on I-83 stopped short of an overpass bridge near the Harrisburg Mall after realizing he may not fit beneath the bridge.
Police were contacted, and started turning traffic around on the highway to clear lanes for the stuck semi truck to safely reverse to the nearest exit.
The incident was cleared and the roadway was fully reopened by 4 p.m. No information on possible citations for the driver has been released.
