Truck driver reverses along the shoulder after bouncing four wheeler around

A truck driver reverses back to the scene of the accident after a four wheeler was bounced around. 

In the traffic cam video, the car can be seen bouncing off the front of the moving flatbed and skidding across all lanes of traffic before coming to a stop on the shoulder. 

The force of the impact knocked off the car’s bumper, but the motorist gets out on their own and appears to get on the phone. About eight minutes later, the flatbed can be seen reversing back to the scene of the accident along the same shoulder, slowly making its way back. 

The truck driver reverses all the way back to the accident site just as the police arrive to help and investigate.
