Truck driver taken out-of-service after inspection uncovers 11 bottles of alcohol in cab

Arkansas state troopers are reminding truckers to avoid possession of alcoholic beverages after a recent commercial vehicle inspection resulted in the discovery of nearly a dozen bottles of Skyy cocktails and tequila.

On November 1, 2025, Arkansas Highway Police (AHP) PFC Dillion McGee performed a traffic stop and commercial vehicle inspection.

AHP said that the truck driver was placed out-of-service after McGee found eleven bottles of alcohol inside of the commercial vehicle.

Images shared by AHP show Skyy bottled cocktails and Barullo tequila.

“This is a reminder that operating a CMV with alcohol on board is a serious violation that puts everyone at risk. Our officers remain committed to keeping our highways safe for all travelers,” AHP said.
