Video shows the moment that load shift knocks semi truck cab off frame

Video captured in Michigan this week shows a semi truck’s cab crushed as a result of a load shift.

The incident took place on Thursday, September 18, in Jonesville, Michigan.

In the video, you can see two flatbed trucks approach an intersection. The first truck passes through, but the second makes a hard stop for an apparent traffic light, causing the load to shift from the flatbed trailer into the cab of the truck, causing catastrophic damage. Fortunately, two police cruisers were already on scene to respond to the crash.

According to local news outlet WCSR, the driver was able to walk away without major injuries.
