‘Wild, crazy, and completely avoidable’: Video shows car’s head-on crash with semi truck

A landscaping company in B.C. shared dash cam video of one of their drivers involved in a collision with an out-of-control passenger vehicle.

The video was captured on April 17 on Highway 97 in Penticton, B.C., according to the Summerland Review.

Western Turf Farms Ltd shared dash cam video and a photo of the aftermath, along with a statement on what led to the crash:

“What went down outside Penticton today was no accident; it was pure recklessness. A driver car consumed by the thrill of a race with a pickup truck lost control and hit one of our trucks head-on driven by @richie.rindt. It was a wild, crazy, and completely avoidable situation.”

One person from the SUV in the video was reportedly hospitalized.
