38 Buc-ee’s locations rated an “F” by the Better Business Bureau

38 Buc-ee’s locations have been rated an “F” by the Better Business Bureau based on unanswered customer complaints. 

As of March 11th, 38 Buc-ee’s travel stop locations across Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, and Alabama were rated an “F.”

According to USA Today, 88 complaints about Buc-ee’s have been filed on the BBB website between March 2023 and February 2026. All 88 complaints have gone unanswered, and include issues with Buc-ee’s carwashes, broken merchandise, and unexplained card charges. Several customers also claim to have filed complaints directly on the Buc-ee’s website, which also went unanswered. 

Ratings from the BBB consider the history of complaints against the business, and how the business handled complaints and disputes. Buc-ee’s has since stated that it does not respond to complaints filed through the BBB.
