59 truck spaces added to South Texas region with opening of new Love’s

Love’s has opened a new location in South Texas featuring 59 truck parking spots to help support a heavy freight corridor. 

The new Love’s is located in Premont, Texas along US Highway 281 between two other Love’s locations in Three Rivers and Edinburg. 

“This expansion directly supports regional trade and the national supply chain by adding essential truck parking and fueling capacity along a heavy freight corridor where reliable, clean amenities are vital for driver safety and transport efficiency,” Love’s said in a statement, reported CStore Decision.

In addition to 59 truck parking spaces, the location has space set aside for future EV chargers, four RV hookups, a pizza joint, shower and laundry facilities, and a dog park, Love’s wrote in a Facebook post.

The company has also recently completed remodels of stores in Waco, Georgia; Lordsburg, New Mexico; Greenville, Illinois; Conneaut, Ohio; Walters, Oklahoma; and Baxter, Tennessee.
