Trucking company Ace Doran, LLC acquired an Indiana-based company that focuses on heavy haul and flatbed transportation services.
On February 25, 2025, Ace Doran announced the acquisition of Tipton, Indiana-headquartered NHH Services.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company says that NHH Services employees, contractors, drivers, and agents will operate as a new division within Ace Doran with a fleet of 50 trucks.
“With a long-standing focus on safety, reliability, and customer service, Ace Doran has built its reputation serving customers through flatbed, open-deck, and dry van transportation solutions. The addition of the NHH Services division enhances Ace Doran’s ability to offer expanded heavy haul capacity and customized solutions for specialized freight,” the company said in a news release.
“We are excited to welcome the outstanding team of agents, contractors, and employees from NHH Services into the Ace Doran family,” said Jim Collins, President of Ace Doran. “Their strong customer relationships and heavy haul expertise further expand our footprint in the heavy haul market and strengthen our ability to support complex transportation needs nationwide. Following the refresh of the RoadMasters’ division in 2025, which expanded Ace Doran’s presence in the Southwest, this acquisition continues our strategy of growing with high-quality teams who share our commitment to safety, service, and reliability for our customers.”
NHH Services was founded in 2012 by “by third- and fourth-generation truckers.” The company provides specialized transportation and project management solutions throughout the United States and Canada.
