Arizona troopers find 151 violations during I-10 commercial vehicle enforcement operations

Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) Highway Patrol found dozens of violations during a pair of commercial vehicle enforcement details this week.

The AZDPS Highway Patrol’s Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit conducted two “maximum enforcement details” this week along I-10.

• 151 Total Violations
• 9 Drivers Placed Out-Of-Service
• 8 Vehicles Placed Out-Of-Service
• 15 Citations

In addition to this week’s I-10 commercial vehicle enforcement operations, the AZDPS Highway Patrol also recently conducted the annual “Operation Southern Shield” inspection and enforcement effort on I-10 from Phoenix to the New Mexico state line and on I-19 from Tucson to the international border.
