Law enforcement in Ontario, Canada, found several significant violations and criminal issues on a combination unit in the Halton area.
On June 15, 2026, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) – Commercial Vehicle Unit detailed a recent traffic stop performed by Constable Barnes and a trainee on a roadway in Halton, Ontario.
Officers say they discovered a “laundry list of defects including lack of any load securement, expired/no annual inspections, mechanical defects and paperwork defects.”

“Oh and the trailer and mini excavator were on file as stolen,” HRPS said.
The combination vehicle was seized by police, and charges were filed for the various violations discovered during the traffic stop.
This combo was stopped by Cst Barnes & trainee.
