Commercial vehicle compliance crackdown in Taos results in 27 trucks and drivers out-of-service

The New Mexico State Police (NMSP) inspected more than 150 commercial vehicles during a recent operation in the Taos area.

As part of an operation focusing on “roadway safety and commercial vehicle compliance,” NMSP’s Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Bureau conducted saturation patrols and set up a temporary inspection checkpoint along a rural state road.
