Dash cam catches tire blowout that sent northbound cement truck tumbling across median into southbound ditch

A driver’s rear-facing dash cam captured a serious truck tire blowout that topped a cement truck in Ontario, Canada, this week.

The video was captured on April 15, 2026, on Highway 412/Taunton Road in Ontario.

“Cement truck traveling northbound blew out a front tire resulting in the concrete truck rolling over into the southbound lanes,” said Ontario Provincial Police – Highway Safety Division.

Only minor injuries were reported.
