First Arizona Buc-ee’s confirms opening date for June

The first Buc-ee’s to open in Arizona has confirmed a grand opening date for late June. 

The Buc-ee’s in Goodyear, Arizona is the first in the state and will open at 6 a.m. on June 22nd. The 22 acre property was purchased for $17.24 million in early 2024. 

According to ABC15, the Buc-ee’s Travel Center spans 74,000 square feet and has 120 fueling spots. 

The location currently has 12 jobs posted, starting at $18 an hour. It is unclear how many total people will be hired for the Goodyear location.
